To ensure everything runs smoothly, it would be wonderful if everyone could be on time to ensure a prompt beginning to your surfing experience.
If you haven't send us the additional information for each of the participants, please just reply to the booking confirmation email we send you. We need name, age, weight (in kilograms), height (in centimetres) for each.

Things to know:

Bring towels and swim wear. Sun protection is essential, we do sell waterproof (zinc, 50+SPF) sunsticks at the surf shop to protect yourself from harmful UV rays.
Some beaches do have cafes but not all. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, I would recommend bringing your own food.
The surf beaches are selected in the morning for the best conditions for the day by the surf instructors. The selected beaches will be either the south coast beaches or the beautiful west coast depending on the waves.
If you have any health or medical conditions, or special requirements, please inform us in advance to ensure we can accommodate you safely.
Basic snacks & water are supplied for the day. Bring yourself a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated, and any extra snacks or fruit that you might need to keep your energy levels up.

Rentals

Your selected rentals are now being prepared for pickup on your selected date and time. Just go and pick it up. If you need to reschedule or change the boards, just contact us.

Please bring a form of Identification, as part of your guarantee (e.g. passport / national identification card / driving license / or a deposit of cash). We can fill out the declaration form together once you arrive in the surf shop. We are open 7 days of the week. Opening hours are 9:00 am until late.

For Surfboards:

Good to know: You can also change the board whenever you wish to during your rental period. So you're always prepared for changing surf conditions. We can also advise with local surf advice for the best surf spot for the day on your arrival.

Not sure how to transport your board? Take our Car straps. If you plan to drive to many of the beaches we also provide car surf straps to mount the board on your car for just a €10 deposit. We can help you lock them down at our shop.

For Stand-up Paddleboards:

We provide a safety life jacket and paddle with the the rental equipment. The boards are light and easy to carry to the beach. A recommended place to start your expedition on the ocean is at Batata beach (around 5 minutes walk from our surf shop). You can paddle your way around the coastal line navigating in and out of the caves/grottos or simply enjoy being out on the water in-front of the beach front. Please be aware before setting off, we will check the condition of the ocean & wind to make sure it is safe. If the conditions are not suitable we shall issue a refund for the rental.

If you have also rented our boards & plan to take them deflated in the car to a different destination or overnight rental, then we will provided you with a pump for inflation. We also sell waterproof bags 5/10 litres if you so wish to carry items during your SUP experience.

Activities

We’re currently coordinating all the details for your selected activity personally.

‍This includes confirming your booking with the activity operator and finalizing the necessary arrangements. We’ll be in touch shortly with all the important details, such as the meeting point and time.
