Whether you’re new to biking or an experienced rider, these tours let you explore more of the coastline without the strain. With full-suspension Scott Strike eRide 930 bikes, you’ll enjoy a comfortable ride across a variety of terrains.
Choose the Tour That Fits You
We offer two main tour lengths:
• 2.5-hour ride (25 km)
• 4-hour ride (40 km)
Both routes typically follow the scenic coastline from Lagos to Burgau or Cabanas Velhas, giving you the chance to take in sweeping ocean views. If the group rides at a faster pace, we can explore further inland to local villages like Barão de São João or Pedralva—ideal if you’re looking to see more than just the coast. We adjust the route to match the group’s riding level and speed.
Looking for More of a Challenge?
For those who prefer a thrill, the 5-hour downhill tour is designed for intermediate and advanced riders. This route starts in Monchique, offering a fast-paced ride through varied terrain. (You’ll need a car to reach the meeting point.)

🕘 Start Time: Arrive at 9:45 AM for a briefing; the ride begins at 10:00 AM.
👟 What to Bring: Comfortable sports clothing and shoes are all you need. Bikes and helmets are provided.

Where do we meet?
Where you meet us depends on the activity:
- Boat tours (catamaran, dolphin watching, fishing): depart from Marina de Lagos
- Kayak tours of Ponta da Piedade: meet at Praia da Batata
- Surf lessons & surf guiding: meet at the beach, usually Meia Praia or Porto de Mós
- E-bike, e-dirtbike & walking tours: start at our shop, Rua Candido dos Reis 112, Lagos Old Town
- Adventure activities further afield (coasteering, mountain biking, west coast hikes): meet at the trailhead
Once you book, we email the exact meeting point, time, gear list, and the guide's phone number for the day. If you're ever unsure, head to our shop in the Old Town and we'll point you in the right direction.
