We are a booking center and we collaborate with all the schools of the area. After your experience, we would be happy to hear how it was as we take feedback in a serious way and we want to provide a good service.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation for full refund must be made before 4pm one day before the activity.
Example: Activity booked for the 20/05/2023 can be canceled for a full refund the 19/05/23 before 4pm.

Discount

The 10% booking discount applies to shop products only. It is valid on selected products, excludes selected technical products, can’t be added to an ongoing promotion or combined with any other offer or discount, and can’t be used for surf lessons, rentals or other activities. Just show your booking to our staff.

Please be aware that all the activities are not recommended if you have health issues or if you are pregnant.

Rental terms

Damage cover is optional and costs €3 per board per day, up to €9 per board for the whole hire. It applies to surfboards, bodyboards and stand-up paddleboards, not to wetsuits, straps, skateboards or skim boards.

With damage cover, repairs are covered up to €30 per board, including a snapped board. Above €30 you pay the rest of the repair cost. Loss and theft are never covered.

A board that cannot be repaired is charged at what it was still worth when you rented it, not the price of a new board. With damage cover, €30 comes off that.

Without damage cover you pay the full repair cost. Every board is checked before it goes out; please check it yourself as well and tell us about anything you notice before you leave.

As your rental guarantee we hold a passport or driving licence, or a cash deposit, until the equipment is back. We never copy or photograph your ID. We fill out a short rental form together at the shop when you collect.
