Torq Chopper 7'2

A mid-length egg: a rounded, easy shape that paddles like a bigger board but turns more than you would expect from its length. A good pick if you want one board for small, cruisy days that still holds on when the waves get bigger.

The foam sits forward and the entry rocker is low, so it gets into waves early. The tail is pulled in like a classic egg, and a single to double concave keeps it moving. Torq say it picks up knee-high waves and still makes an early take-off when it is well overhead.

This one is the 7'2 at 47.5 litres, in grey and black. As a rough guide it floats an intermediate surfer up to about 80 kg, or an advanced surfer up to about 115 kg.
